YALSA Books
YALSA publishes
Young Adult Library Services, a quarterly journal;
YAttitudes, a monthly email newsletter, and several books each year. In November 2010, YALSA will launch the online
Journal of Research on Libraries and Young Adults.
YALSA accepts book proposals on topics relating to young adult librarianship, including programming, collection development, youth participation, managing youth services and more. YALSA does not publish fiction or any books aimed directly at young adults. Take a look at

Young Adult Library Services
YALS: Young Adult Library Services is the official journal of YALSA and is sent to each member as a benefit. It is also available by
subscription to nonmembers. Each volume includes articles from the field about issues of interest to those working with teens, and comes out four times a year.
