YALS: Young Adult Library Services is the official journal of YALSA and is sent to each member as a benefit. It is also available by subscription to nonmembers. Each volume includes articles from the field about issues of interest to those working with teens, and comes out four times a year. YALS is a 2008 APEX Awards honoree, receiving an Award of Excellence for magazines and journals over 32 pages.
