Missing an issue?

To purchase back issues of Knowledge Quest:

Back issues of Knowledge Quest are available for $12 each (while supplies last). Send check or money order payable to "American Library Association" with a letter indicating the journal title and issue(s) you wish to purchase to:

To claim a missing issue of Knowledge Quest:

AASL members receiving Knowledge Quest as a benefit of membership must submit claims for missing issues in writing. Include your ALA/AASL membership number and indicate the journal title and issue(s) you are claiming. Send your claim to:

AASL members can also submit claims for missing issues via e-mail to: membership@ala.org. Type "Member Serials Claims" (without the quote marks) as the subject line of your message. Include your ALA/AASL membership number and indicate the journal title and issue(s) you are claiming.

Non-member subscribers must submit claims for missing issues of Knowledge Quest in writing. Include the subscription information from your mailing label and indicate the journal title and issue(s) you are claiming. Send your claim to:
