Welcome to conference & event registration

Please select the appropriate link in the left-hand navigation to locate registration for the event that you intend to attend.

Registration discounts for personal members

Personal members who wish to receive the discounted registration rate must first login using their ALA membership number (or a login you have personalized using My ALA) and their password. Your member number is conveniently located on your membership card or your American Libraries mailing label.

Non-member logins

Non-members, if you have ever attended an ALA or division conference, bought a product from ALA, or subscribed to one of our publications, you have a login.

If you need help remembering your password, you can use our contact Member & Customer Service at 1.800.545.2433, and press option 5.

Adding to or changing an existing registration

For Annual and Midwinter Meetings: If you would like to add items or change an existing registration, please call Experient, our registration company at 1.800.974.3084.

All other meetings, events or conferences: If you would like to add items or change an existing registration, please call 1.800.545.2433, press 5 for Member & Customer Service.

 

Canceling a registration

Cancellations for ALA Annual Conference or Midwinter Meeting must be submitted in writing.  You may mail your information to our registration company, Experient at 568 Atrium Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061-1731. For cancellation deadline dates for a specific event, please refer to that event's registration form.

Cancellations for any other ALA event must be submitted in writing.  You can e-mail the information to registration@ala.org.  For cancellation deadline dates for a specific event, please refer to that event's registration form.
