How to Login to Access AASL Members Only Content
If you are a member of the ALA/AASL, you can log in by entering your membership number and password or your e-mail address and password. Your e-mail address will only work if we have it on file. Your password was either mailed to you at your primary business mailing address or sent to you via e-mail.
If you have forgotten your password, you can have the system look it up by entering your membership number or e-mail address in the field on the password lookup screen. Your password hint, if you gave us one, will be displayed to remind you what your password is. If you did not give us a password hint, your password will be sent to the e-mail address we have on record for you.
If none of this helps you, please ALA Member & Customer Service at loginhelp@ala.org or 1-800-545-2433 menu option 5. Please include your full name, ALA membership number, and a note that you are trying to get your login and password but that the password lookup screen does not work with your e-mail address.
